Freshness is King, Queen and Aces

I will never forget my first cup of freshly roasted Colombian Supremo coffee. It was the first time I had ever set out to sell coffee.  I was setting up a booth in the local Farmers Market. My roaster had come out to help me get started. He brought some Colombian Supremo Coffee fresh out of the roaster and we ground it, and brewed it up – WOW! It was my first day of coffee school – the day I realized, “Freshness is King!”

That cup was brilliant and smooth.  It was the right temperature – God, I can still feel it, and I can still see Charlie's reaction to my overwhelming satisfaction to his fresh coffee.

This is why KMO roasts in small batches and ships the same day your order comes in. In many instances you have your coffee within 24 hours of being roasted. That’s FRESHNESS you can count on!
