Not to the gas station of course, but a mobile unit or a trailer with a enough room to carry an electrical generator and all the coffee equipment you need.

Seasonal Booth

Rent a seasonal booth in the Mall for the six weeks of Christmas. Sure its expensive (or so it seems up front) but the true cost is as a % of sales. See what happens that first year. The week before Christmas, when your cafe is quiet because everyone is at the mall, will make you a happy camper. Malls stores do 25% of their annual business during the three weeks before Christmas. Flea Markets

Get to the Flea Markets, Outdoor Markets. Farmers Markets, or the like. Fall festivals are great. The Christmas season is stellar.

Major Events

About 10 years ago, we did several outdoor festivals on Ocean City New Jersey. We did over $2,000 in drinks alone per day. If it rained we poured more. But pray for cool, fall weather without rain.

All you need is a few pour over brewers ($250 each, and a generator or electric source).

For the Trailer

• Generator
• Trailer with lift gate to roll things off the trailer, or a couple of stout tables that serve double duty as a ramp.
• Two grinders.
• Two brewers - on to use, one to back up.
• Cold Drink dispensers milk and cream.
