The following is not a course, but a check list that should allow you to focus your quest for coffee knowledge. Get out the books and the French press, and start to teach your staff how to taste, or sip and spit.

The more you know, and the more your staff knows the more your customers will rely on you for a good coffee experience.  If they trust your knowledge they will generate business for your store.
